statuses. From a global perspective, our social status can be seen as even more complex. In Sociology, we know that social context is very important for shaping our experiences.
In this discussion, you need to reexamine your social statuses, both achieved and ascribed, from a global perspective.
-Identify and explain one example of an achieved status and an ascribed status that you have.
-Then, reflecting on the core and supplemental material presented in this module:
-discuss how your social role and status would stay the same if you were somewhere else in the world,
-discuss how your social role and status would change if you were somewhere else in the world.
