I run paired t-test and it showed significant difference in values and then run one way ANOVA and it showed no difference , is one way ANOVA a correct way of approaching the subject or is paired t-test better?

also I run correlation test and r values showed negative correlation as r wasnt equal to 0 but when compared to r-critical from table there was no correlation.
