How would I construct a 99% confidence interval about the population mean difference

when computing the difference as device A minus device B if following data represent the muzzle velocity (in feet per second) of shells fired from a 155-mm gun. For each shell, two measurements of the velocity were recorded using two different measuring devices, resulting in the following data.

Observation          1           2           3           4           5           6

A                        794.1    791.8    790.5    794.9    793.7    793.5

B                        798.3    791.9    798.1    796.5    799.1    798.0

  • Thanks for write the difference is in the interval (-7.899, 0.099) as the interval contains the zero, the means of the two devices are equal. its difference is 0
