You started off OK describing the initial steps followed and included the SPSS codebook and output. However, you cannot conduct a chi-square analysis on an interval/scale variable.  As per my feedback from Week 7, you need to recode AIDS to make it a nominal variable (Yes/No), whereby any case with a CD4 cell count of <200 = yes (AIDS) and those with CD4 count 200 or greater = No (no AIDS). Then you can do Chi-Square.

In addition to reporting the Chi-Square results, you need to discuss some descriptive statistics related to your sample (e.g., age and race) and for both your IV and DV.

Finally, instead of just "plopping in" charts from the SPSS output, you need to, in your narrative, refer to summary results that you also present in APA formatted tables and figures (proper placement of elements is shown below).
