A marketing research firm has received requests from 3 new clients. It has 3 people available to lead these projects: Yareli, Joanne and Lin.  The following table gives the estimated project completion times  in days for each client/worker combination:

The three projects have approximately the same priority, and each project leader is assigned to one and
only one project. Each project needs one and only one leader. How should the project managers be
assigned to minimize total completion time?
This is similar to the transportation problem. The difference here is that the 'supply' is the number of
project leaders each individual can provide. Each person can provide 1 project leader. Each client
requires 1 and only 1 project leader. You can think of the amount 'shipped' as 1 project manager or 0
project managers, depending on whether or not the person works for a particular client. Use
dimensional analysis as usual.
