B. Seeing the effect of the Coercive (Intolerable) Acts on Boston, the other colonies band together and promise to protect one another by forming the First Continental Congress.
C. Great Britain incurs huge debts fighting the French both in the Americans and in Europe during the 7 Years (French and Indian) War.
D. Strapped for cash, Parliament passes the Sugar and Stamp Acts on their colonies, ultimately ending salutary neglect and incurring the wrath of American colonists. Ultimately they are repealed.
E. The colonists think they have Parliament beat, but the passage of the Tea Act changes that. In retaliation for the passage of new taxes, the Sons of Liberty board tea ships in Boston harbor and dump 92,000 lbs of tea in the water.
F. In retaliation for the Boston Tea Party, the British pass a series of acts aimed at Massachusetts colony which, among other things, shuts down Boston harbor.
