Chapter included ten paragraphs or more. Every paragraph contained eight or more sentences. The content is organized and flows in a coherent fashion. Chapter included graphics useful for the audience to visualize an important concept or product. This chapter included meaningful titles, headings, and lists as outlined in Chapter 9.
